Position Responsibility

Syndication for investors related to the working deals as well as associated structuring operations.

General Duties / Tasks:

• Responsible for the whole syndication matters for investors (mainly leasing companies and banks) from an initial stage to closing
• Produce appropriate syndication structure to suit for individual deals
• Maintain and improve investors relations
• Basic operations for syndication department such as preparing related documents
• Other syndication related work (separate consultation for details

シンジケーション業務

• 当社取組案件の投資家向けシンジケーションとそれに伴うストラクチャリング業務
• リース会社、銀行を主体とする投資家宛シンジケーションを案件初期段階からクロージングまでを担当
• 個別案件に適したシンジケーションのストラクチャー組成
• 投資家とのリレーションの維持、強化
• 投資家宛案件関連資料作成等、シンジケーション部門としての基礎業務
• その他シンジケーション業務に関わる諸事項

Qualifications and Experience

• Practical business experience in corporate leasing and financing 
• Business level English and high motivation for improvement
• Strong communication skills
• Teamwork

Other Desired Requirements

• Practical work experience in structured finance
• Fundamental understanding of contracts and finance related tax accounting

• 法人融資実務経験
