Seeking a talented Technical Program Manager to conceive and manage ground-breaking software projects in the mobile commerce space. Technical Program Manager will be part of the company`s world-class team of software engineers and web developers and work closely with their product management organization and other core groups.

The primary responsibility will be end-to-end technical project ownership which includes:-

• Strategic planning
• Coordinating with other teams
• Generating and refining ideas
• Developing business cases together with stakeholders
• Performing supporting research and analysis
• Coordinating project execution

• Clear, strategic thinker with a very strong technical background (preferably as a Software Development Engineer in the past)
• Communication skills (especially with technical staff) are critical
• Strong analytical, product and project management skills are required
• Significant experience planning, executing, and delivering complex cross-functional software projects on-time in a fast-moving environment
• Japanese and English business level language skills are required as frequent communication with engineering teams in the US and Japan is necessary
• A degree in CS, Math or a related field
• At least 8 years of total experience is a must, an additional MBA or related business degree as well as experience in the mobile space are significant plusses
• Job location is in their Tokyo office but regular international travel to the US is required
