Job Description:
- We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join our Human Resources department as an HR manager. This position oversees all areas of Human Resources within the assigned business including recruiting, training, compensation, performance management, organizational development, and communications
- This position will also be an active member of the HR team, driving and supporting cross-department initiatives
- 10% Administers rollout of Top Management`s goals under the direction and guidance of Sr.leaders
- 10% Partners with finance and recruiting to administer and track headcount and position requisitions within team/department
- May participate in recruiting efforts
- 10% Administers performance management processes
- May participate in the implementation process
(for example, helps set deadline and communicates the annual review process to employees/managers)
- Manages Topgrading and retention efforts throughout area of responsibility
- 10% Identifies employee compensation issues and recommends changes based on compensation guidelines
- 10% Participates in executing training and education for career development
- 10% Assists managers on resolving low-risk employee relations issues
- May identify and make recommendations to senior team members for guidance and escalation on higher risk issues
- 10% Executes organizational change
- Participates in implementation
- 10% Work requires some innovation and sound judgment
- Executes under HR Leader
- Manager direction and escalates when issues are complex, strategic or require additional input
- 10% Builds credibility with employees and managers
Required Qualifications/Skills:
- 3+ years of HR administration and business partner experience at a fast-paced company, preferably from a US based company
- Successful candidates will have a true hands-on approach, as well as strong experience of systems theory, organizational communications, consultation skills, and analytical thinking under non-organized environments
- In addition you must have effective facilitation and persuasion skills
- The ideal candidate adapts well to fast-paced environments with changing circumstances, direction, and strategy, and has the desire to thrive in a dynamically growing environment
- The ideal candidate will have a HR experience with a facility of 100 or more hourly employees, as well as dealt with HR issues with an exempt workforce; and have 3 or more years of related experience in Global company
- An advanced degree, M.B.A. and/or professional certifications are a plus
