This role is to conduct data management and enhance performance by improving process in Risk areas. Primary focus is on collection

• (i) Report on CapFin Loss/ Delinquency and A/C-based in-depth progress,
• (ii)Make regular Loss/Delinquency and P&L impact analyses and projections through co-work with Finance Dept.
• (iii)Develop Management Info Mechanism to accurately measure Collection performance
• (iv)Propose strategies for loss prevention based on quantitative risk analysis

• Play a major role to create accurate report on Loss/ Delinquency as well as develop and deploy effective collection strategy based on in-depth analysis

Note: The major scope of the job encompasses the following:

• (i)Create regular report to Japan management and Asia Risk and Collection
• (ii)Conduct quantitative loss analysis and develop loss prevention strategies
• (iii)Co-work with Finance Dept. to enhance prediction of loss impact on PL
• (iv)Develop collection strategies and lead process improvement
• Develop reporting mechanism with Controller, FP&A and other reporting function
• Improve accuracy of future loss prediction in more sophisticated method
• Develop segmentation strategy according to Risk Levels x unsecured exposure of delinquent accounts
• Deal with change of accounting rules and financial regulations co-working with Finance Dept.
• Lead projects to raise collection performance using our Quality tools
