• Build up and maintain the strategy for purchasing and supply chain management in Japan and Korea
• Roll out your strategy to each unit, and ensure they will achieve it as their performance
• Help the improvement of PPV and ITR in manufacturing and logistic units, locating in these 2 countries
• Take part in several different projects for purchasing and logistic improvement
• Keep in touch with key strategic suppliers, to drive them for our long term vision
• Help operations manager and controler, from purchasing and loigistic view

Requirements

• Bachelor`s degree or equivalent in engineering
• Need experience in manufacturing site, at least 5 years working as manager, or production engineer
• Experience in production development e.g. six sigma, TQC, is merit
• Knowledge in supply chain management is a merit
• English conversation skills are  essential.  Other Asian languages, (Japanese, Chinese, or Korean) are merit
• Loginstic knowledge (customs, transportation) is merit

• Especially, cross border communication to over sea suppliers locatin in Korea and China

• Ability to establish credibility and be decisive—but be able to recognize and support the organization`s preferences and priorities
