Someone with strong project management experience, qualitative skills such as moderating, strong Japanese report-writing skills, and good people management skills is keenly sought ... You must:

• Manage client service team for prompt delivery of set objectives and other operational performance indicators and service
• Maintain an accurate, complete, up-to-date and insightful client business profiles to be shared with senior management
• Drive client satisfaction by providing insights and actionable recommendations during presentations or business reviews and also by providing value-added analyses and response to special requests
• Undertake sales activities independently or in conjunction with senior staff in terms of proposal preparation and delivery of credentials
• Ensure generation of required revenue from assigned client portfolio and proper contract costing to meet the agreed budget targets
• Identify and recommend enhanced and new services that answer client business needs
• Build and maintain ongoing relationships with identified key persons within client organisation
• Communicate with other teams, local offices and so on, in order to design and operate research projects smoothly

• 8 to 12 years consumer goods marketing / sales or research-related industry experience desired.
• Strong client focus and very good influencing & persuading skills
• Expert knowledge of research techniques and methodologies
• Language communication skills in Japanese and English
• Knowledge of custom research methods and analyses
• BA / BS Required (MBA desirable)
• Excellent PC skills
