Job Description: Role Summary Provide proactive deal structuring/ origination support to Sales in cooperation with Legal, Capital Market, Global Asset Management Underwrite the deals to obtain necessary approval Purpose Support asset growth with good quality / minimize loss Underwrite transactions for small and mid sized corporate customers in Japan as requested from Sales Properly structure transactions, communicating with Sales, Division concerned & customers to obtain a necessary approval Support to develop new vendor finance program and new product imitative Prepare documentation in cooperation with Legal & law firm Required Qualifications/Skills: Certain level of knowledge about economics/financial markets Ability to understand/analyze corporate financial statement PC skills (Excel, Word & PowerPoint) Desired Characteristics Work experience in financial institutions (i.e., investment, asset management, real estate) Work experience in debts collection activities TOEIC: 800 Bookkeeping: Grade 2; Japan Small & Medium Enterprise Management Consultant Japan Business Law Exam: Grade 2 Interpersonal Skill Team player Solid integrity/compliance mindset Ability to think/explain logically Salary and Benefits Commensurate with experience Click here to email job to a friend Click "Add to Job Basket" to apply for this job.
